Our CoFounder’s Birthday Party was a Surprise Proposal!

Our CoFounder Shannon turned 30! For her 30th birthday we planned a covid-compliant dinner party in her home for a small group of friends and family. Little did she know, her boyfriend of 9 years had plans to pop the question and turn this birthday dinner into a surprise engagement party!

For her dinner, we went with a gold, green and grey theme. The deep colors provided a nice contrast to the light and airy setting in her home. The vintage candle holders were her grandmothers and paired perfectly with the gold china. As our in-house graphic designer, Shannon designed her invites and menu to match the theme and added real gold leaf for a touch of sparkle.

After the table was set and friends and family had arrived, Shannon and Chris posed for a few photos in front of the setup when he got down on one knee and asked her to spend forever together!

We’re so excited for their future and to get planning started for the big day!
